So I hate to break the news to you, but theres fifty shades of BLUSH out there and its a HUUUUUUGE design trend thats here to stay!!!

I know hubby thinks its girly and won’t want the slightest hint of it in the house… why? because he calls it PINK when in fact is actually called blush. Want to know how to put some blush into the home and get approved by hubby? call it NUDE… yep, just say to him “hey babe I’m thinking of bringing some nudity into our home” and I guarantee you that you’ll win that battle! 😉

“Call it what you want” (insert foster the people song HERE, not only because its random, but its a cool song to listen to when thinking about how people abuse the crap out of the colour blush)

Clay, baby pink, pastel pink, nude, pink, rose, peach, flesh (gross) even lilac gets called this name BLUSH and as a buyer and owner of Design Twins, I purchase “blush” products from a catalogue because I’m thinking yep thats going to be saaaaaah hawt in the shop and then they arrive instore and I’m like WTF thats hot pink!! ;(

So here’s a few massively, insanely trending styles at the moment and you can add the hint of blush (more like a stroke of blush)  by using a wall colour like piglet  or Diva Rouge  by Dulux. They’re not too pink and you can pair them back with these stunning tones to create coastal, modern, scandi or boho. Whatever floats your boat really.
